Welcome to the Same Love Gifts Help Center. We’ve compiled some of our customers’ most frequently asked questions into one easy-to-access place. Check them out below - maybe you’ll have the same question that was on somebody else’s mind. Should you have any other issue that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes.  These come in your choice of denomination to fit within any budget.  It's a great way for the recipient to work directly with us; to either personalise the product of their choice; or to purchase a range of unique wedding, engagement or homeware gifts.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express or you can pay using Paypal.  All prices on our site are quoted in NZDollars and include our local GST.  Upon check out you will have the option to pay in your local currency.

 

To ensure your payment is safe, our website uses Secure Trading for a reliable and secure internet payment.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Our "no questions asked" cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order.  This only applies if;  

1/  Your order has not been dispatched. (A full refund will be given) and;  

2/  Your order is a standard item.       


For personalised gifts, this will depend on how far through the creation process we are. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us so we can sort out the best solution.    


If you change your mind and would like to purchase a different item then let us know. Any differences in price can be arranged and the same cancellation terms will apply.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP?

It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to; it's a great way to be able to do an easy check out on your next visit.  You also have the option to receive our newsletter with new products and promotions. 


Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.


Please Note: Due to security reasons, we will not retain any credit card details. 

HOW AND WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED WITHIN NEW ZEALAND?

All purchases are delivered via courier within NZ. You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you when your order has been shipped. 

All shipping costs are done based on the weight of your order.  Rates are charged per 500grams or per 0.5kg: e.g.

  • 0-0.5kg

  • 0.5-1.0kg

  • 1.0-1.5kg

  • 1.5-2kg e.t.c

So whether you purchase 1 or 5 cards the minimum weight charge would apply as the total weight would be under 0.5kgs.


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding NZ public holidays. Any orders placed on either a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped next business day.  


We hope that your package will arrive within 1-3 working days.  However, this sometimes can depend where you are within NZ. If you are concerned at any time about it's whereabouts; please feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to investigate.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes.  We ship to most countries around the world.  We have partnered with DHL Express for all international orders and have express overnight shipping to the main city centres' within Australia (Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane).

The countries we currently ship internationally too are as follows: Australia, United Kingdom, United States

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?

You will receive an email notification confirming that your order has been submitted successfully.  If it's the first time you have used our online store; please check your spam folder and add us to your contact list.
