At Same Love Gifts, we want our customers to have the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Return Policy

How It Works

Unless otherwise specified you can return or exchange any standard item (excludes any shipping costs paid) within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded include:

Same Love Gifts gift-cards, personalised products, framed artworks, made-to-order products.

If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require photo proof prior to your item being returned. You will then be offered a replacement of the faulty item or a full refund. Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method, e.g. your credit card or PayPal.

Same Love Gifts will not be held responsible for any damage or losses arising from the return shipment. For high value items, we advise you add tracking and where applicable; purchase shipment insurance, to cover the full value of your goods. We will only accept an order return or exchange from the original purchaser or gift recipient with proof of purchase; with a valid copy of the order confirmation.

Same Love Gifts will only accept, a return or exchange, when items are in original condition, unworn, unused and free of damages. If these requirements are not met, Same Love Gifts reserves the right to deny a return.  All items being returned must be shipped within 5 days of the return being approved by Same Love Gifts. If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, a refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Our "no questions asked" cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order.  This only applies if;  

 

  1. Your order has not been dispatched. (A full refund will be given) and;  

  2. Your order is a standard item.

For personalised gifts, this will depend on how far through the creation process we are. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us so we can sort out the best solution.  If you change your mind and would like to purchase a different item then let us know. Any differences in price can be arranged and the same cancellation terms will apply.

Privacy Policy

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential.  At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
